Shrinky Flowers are not created using standard applique techniques, instead they are created in a two step process. The first step is to create the unique fabric by combining your fabric with Heat N Strink stabiliser. When steamed, the Heat N Shrink shrinks with fabric 30% and creates interesting patterns. You then use the shrunken fabric on your flowers.
